Dave Walker

From Boston Marathon–qualifying runs to late-night policy briefings, Dave Walker tackles every challenge with relentless energy and precision. A devoted family man and Tottenham Hotspur supporter, Dave channels this passion into shaping health care regulation and Certificate of Need policy at McCall Hamilton.

As Government Affairs Advisor at Corewell Health, Dave led CON policy and technical matters as well as federal and state policy strategy for CMS payment rules, steering the organization’s regulatory responses across multiple health policy domains. In his role at McCall Hamilton, Dave is able to apply that expertise to help all of our regulatory clients achieve their policy and business development goals. Driven by his daughter’s NICU journey, he looks forward to championing infant and children’s health, advocating for policies that improve outcomes for families.

Dave stays active as a volunteer coach for Reiley and Alden’s Fun Run Club and serves on neighborhood and church committees. He lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, daughters, and their remarkably resilient cat, Annie.
